DRAW NIGH TO GOD, GO WILL DRAW NIGH TO YOU
PRAYER
"People do not deeply know Christ without prayer."
Through prayer, many wide doors get opened.
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
PHILIPPIANS 4:6-7
OUR PRAYER LIFE
We begin by worshiping God for who He is: His holiness, His sovereignty, His faithfulness, and His love. Adoration shifts our focus from our needs to His greatness.
INTERCESSION
We stand in the gap for others: praying for the sick, for families, for our city, for the nations, and for anyone who asks. Intercession is the heartbeat of a loving church.
How We Approach God In Prayer
We build our prayer life around six pillars that draw us closer to Christ.
OUR PRAYER LIFE
REPENTANCE
We come humbly before God, confessing our sins and asking for His forgiveness. Repentance clears the way for an honest and intimate conversation with our Father.
THANKSGIVING
We come humbly before God, confessing our sins and asking for His forgiveness. Repentance clears the way for an honest and intimate conversation with our Father.
LISTENING PRAYER
Prayer is not only speaking: it is listening. We create space to hear God's voice through His Word, through the Holy Spirit, and through the silence of His presence.
SCRIPTURE READING
Prayer is not only speaking: it is listening. We create space to hear God's voice through His Word, through the Holy Spirit, and through the silence of His presence.

"The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective."
JAMES 5:16

God's Promises About Prayer
STAND ON HIS WORD
God invites us to call on Him, and He promises to reveal things beyond our understanding.
Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know."
JEREMIAH 33:3
Humility and prayer unlock God's healing and restoration, for our community and for us.
"If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray... I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land."
2 CHRONICLES 7:14
Jesus Himself encourages us to be bold and persistent in our prayers, trusting in the Father's goodness.
"Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you."
MATTHEW 7:7
God invites us to call on Him, and He promises to reveal things beyond our understanding.
"The Lord is near to all who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth."
PSALM 145:18
Humility and prayer unlock God's healing and restoration, for our community and for us.
"Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven."
MATTHEW 18:19
Even when we don't have the words, the Holy Spirit prays on our behalf with groans too deep for words.
"Likewise, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us."
ROMANS 8:26
